The Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone Planning Exhibition Center project is located in the southern part of the Collaborative Innovation Zone, on the west side of Huanhu Road. The design area covers approximately 25 mu (about 16,667 square meters). The proposed site is the highest point within the 6.8 square kilometers core area of the Collaborative Innovation Zone, featuring a prominent hilltop. The east side of the site has a cliff, below which lies the Mingyue Ecological Lake and its scenic belt. The site is entirely enveloped in nature and is at a certain distance from the planned roads. Looking back from the hilltop, one can faintly see the distant Longxing Ancient Town.

The confluence of the Jialing River and the Yangtze River has shaped a unique Chongqing culture, which has become the city's most recognizable symbol and label. Our design adopts the shape of the confluence of the two rivers as a graphical element introduced into the site. On the complete circular hall plane, the elevation changes formed by the two-river pattern suggest three themes of the plane: the high space area for planning exhibitions, the exhibition platform simulating mountain shapes, and the exhibition wall area.

The project's total construction area is 5,190.45 square meters, including a comprehensive exhibition hall, meeting rooms, a café, and other functions. As a window for external centralized publicity and display of the Collaborative Innovation Zone, the project presents the grand planning blueprint and construction vision of the zone through diverse means. It serves as an important public cultural node for the entire Collaborative Innovation Zone. While providing a newer, better, and more futuristic exhibition experience, the exhibition center building itself is highly recognizable and will become an important cultural symbol of the Collaborative Innovation Zone in the future.
