The site is located in the Jiefangbei Financial and Business District of Yuzhong District, Chongqing—bordered by Wuyi Road to the west and Xinhua Road to the east. The plot has an irregular shape, with the eastern side significantly higher than the western side; the elevation difference between the two adjacent roads exceeds ten meters.

The building comprises three interconnected towers and a podium, accommodating offices, a hotel, dining, and retail functions. The tower rises to a height of 245.3 meters. At Level 53 (230.4 meters), a 3-meter cantilevered glass-bottomed swimming pool and a sky garden are featured.

The main entrances for office and hotel functions face the primary arterial road, while commercial entrances are integrated with the terrain at multiple levels. An internal shopping street, pedestrian walkways, and surrounding terraces, steps, and plazas form a cohesive public realm.

The façade employs a vertical mullion glass curtain wall system that meets energy-efficiency requirements, emphasizing the slender elegance of this supertall structure and giving the building a clean, transparent appearance. Interior spaces offer panoramic views of Chongqing’s riverside natural scenery and urban skyline. The façade composition features medium-gray transparent glazing and dark-gray metal mullions.

Landscape design responds to the sloping topography through a series of terraces, steps, plazas, and water features. The plazas are planted with tall canopy trees and diverse native species. Additionally, a vertical greenery system is applied to the podium façades, creating a “green tapestry” that brings nature into this ultra-dense urban environment.
